Westfield Penrith — Wayfinding Signage
Project Overview
Comprehensive shopping centre wayfinding signage system for Westfield Penrith, designed to improve customer navigation across multi-level retail carparks, travelators and lift cores. Signvox manufactured and installed directional signage, column zone identification and travelator wall wraps that guide shoppers intuitively from entry to destination while reinforcing the centre brand throughout the journey.
The Challenge
Installing large-format directional and wayfinding signage in a live, 24/7 trading Westfield Penrith environment required careful staging around peak customer flow, staff movement and tenant access. Wayfinding had to remain legible and unobstructed at all times, with after-hours and low-impact installation methods protecting customer safety, tenant trade and the surrounding retail experience.
The Result
Delivered across a fully operational shopping centre with zero unplanned disruptions to tenants or customers. Post-installation feedback from centre management cited clearer navigation, reduced customer confusion and improved flow.
