Complete carpark wayfinding and colour-coded zone signage system for a multi-level Westfield Hornsby carpark, improving navigation and customer flow.
The Challenge
Designing a colour-zone system across hundreds of structural columns that was legible, durable and cohesive with the centre brand while live trading continued uninterrupted.
The Result
Customer navigation complaints reduced significantly post-install. Colour-zone approach adopted as the standard for future Scentre Group carpark refurbishments.
